It started with a fuck it moment. Our founder, Kompis, was working at the now-closed Storgata 26 in Oslo, with a massive itch to just make something that felt larger than life. He reached out to venue after venue, and the club he worked at was the one that finally said yes. Knowing nothing except the feeling he wanted in the room, he built Tettpå into something that felt like nothing else in Oslo, full of soul and personality.

The first night was completely packed and that was all the push we needed to continue. Not long after, we jumped into our first big production on our own with two stages. Every night since has grown more of its own personality, and taken us across Norway, from Oslo to Bergen and Trondheim.

But not every night went to plan since then. Our first forest rave in 2024 ended with police involvement and a last-minute move indoors. Everything that could go wrong did, the crew was awake for almost 48 hours, and it's still one of the best nights we've done.

Intimacy is the core of Tettpå's identity. The DJ often plays from the middle of the room, not up on a stage.

However, these days it's just as much about getting to know the creatives and DJs behind each night, and showcasing the people who push our creative universe forward and into new territory.

Hypnotic and stripped-back one hour, hard and relentless the next, whatever keeps the room moving. We never stick to one lane, not through a single night, not across our events.

We want every night to feel new, not another version of a night you've already had. And we want a room that feels safe, somewhere you can lose yourself in the music and be exactly who you are.

In addition to our events, we recently started a podcast called Spor, a rough, genre-open platform for pushing new and returning Tettpå artists. We're also soft-launching our own agency, quietly building the expertise and the roster behind it.
